What Is Cool?

What is this stuff called "cool?"  Why is it some folks have it and some just don't have a clue?  A friend of mine in Los Angeles Lewis MacAdams wrote a book called "Birth of the Cool." And I thought that was very cool.  He even had the book introduction at Pink's Hotdogs in Hollywood, certainly one of the cooler places in town. So if you want to know what "Cool" is, read the book.  I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

So what does this have to do with walking on the cool side? And just what is the cool side anyway?  Well, am glad you asked.  First of all defining cool is one of the most difficult things in the world to do.  Because as soon as you think you have defined it, it just ain't cool anymore.  Somehow over the years I have developed a perception of cool.  I can tell when a song is cool or not. I can look at fashion and see if it will work or just pass on.  I can look at ads or web sites and tell if they are happening.

My job is cool. And what do I do to earn my cool, take a look...

Cool Stuff

In order to do cool you have to be cool and the best way to be cool is to know what your customers and prospects want and need. My purpose is to provide you with outstanding results. The objective is to focus your communications in a way that is profitable for both you and your customer; to literally create agreement so transactions flow as part of a natural communication cycle.
